How fast do I get my photos?

Event galleries are delivered within 2–4 days. Sports galleries usually arrive within 1–4 days depending on the size of the shoot. If you need photos sooner for something specific (senior night, birthday, social post), let me know when we book and I'll do my best to prioritize.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

Accepted Answer

For portraits and event sessions I ask for a small non-refundable retainer to hold your date. The rest is paid the day of the shoot. Sports galleries booked directly through the site have no deposit — you only pay when you buy your photos.

Question 3

What if it rains or my player gets sick?

Rain, injury, or last-minute cancellations happen. Reach out as soon as you know and I'll reschedule at no extra cost. See the Cancellation Policy for the full details.

Question 4

What should I wear or bring?

For portraits: solid colors photograph best; avoid busy logos unless you want them featured. Bring 1–2 outfit changes if we're shooting a longer session. For sports: just come as your team — I'll handle the rest.

Question 5

Do I own the photos after the shoot?

You get a personal-use license to share, print, and post your photos anywhere you want (please tag @visualizedom when possible). I keep the copyright, which is standard for photographers. Anything commercial (ads, sponsorships, resale) needs written permission first.

How far will you travel?

I'm based in Pittsburgh, PA. I cover the whole metro area at no extra charge. Anything further, ask and we'll figure out a travel fee.

How big of a team or group can you shoot?

Anything from a single-player portrait up to full team rosters and league events. I've shot big multi-team days — the more heads-up you give me, the better I can plan.

How do I actually book?

Head to the Book page and pick a session type and time through the calendar. If you can't find a slot that works, DM me on Instagram or use the contact form.

How long are event galleries online?

Accepted Answer

Event galleries stay live for about a month and a half so families have time to download or share. After that they're replaced by new events. Sports galleries stay up much longer — they're organized by jersey number for easy browsing.

Question 10

Can I get a reshoot if I don't like my photos?

Accepted Answer

If something went wrong on my end — bad exposure, missed focus, corrupted files — I'll absolutely reshoot for free. Personal preference stuff (didn't love the pose, wish you'd worn something different) I'll try to make right on a case-by-case basis.
