Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines how cancellations and reschedules are handled for VisualizeDom Photography bookings.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional cost. Reschedules requested within 48 hours may incur a fee.

Cancellations

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the session: full refund of any deposit.
• Cancellations 3–7 days before the session: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session: deposit is non-refundable.

No-Shows

Missed sessions without prior notice are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

Weather & Emergencies

Outdoor sessions affected by weather or unforeseen emergencies will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
